By creating a seamless personalised experience on the Boots.com homepage. We believe that allowing users to switch between a generic and personalised homepage will drive engagement, acting as a central hub for users to revisit browsed and previously purchased products, and explore relevant category, brand, offer, and Advantage card content. This in turn, will increase the conversion rate from the homepage and Average Order Value (AOV).

Objective

The objective is to determine if providing a personalised homepage experience on Boots.com, allowing users to toggle between generic and personalised views, increases homepage engagement, conversion rate from the homepage, and Average Order Value (AOV) by serving as a more relevant and efficient navigation point for returning users.
